two, you're not going to have a defense under this law. serving someone coffee is not a burden on your religion. the cases are bakers, florists, photographers who say, evangelical christians or catholics who say i don't have any problem with gay people, but i don't want to participate in a gay wedding because i have conscientious objections to it. they have been reported for sanctions or fines. that is wrong. that is what is trying to be addressed here. >> one of the reasons it's so important to draw these lines is we have some cases right now in the supreme court which are saying that people who are business owners, not religious institutions and not religiously-affiliated institutions like catholic hospitals, for instance, but business owners saying we don't have to provide contraceptive coverage. we disagree with it. >> let me bring in the congressman. do you think most of the house republican colleagues were relieved by the veto? >> what's interesting about this. as a federal guy, i don't get involved in other states i don't live in. >

this was just outside a ministry of defense building here in the capital, moscow. yes, they say around 50 people were arrested. it would seem these were people who were unanticipate about russian military action in ukraine because they believe that ukraine is a state, one which russia has had long standing, and they do not want to see any sort of war between these two countries. interestingly though, that is also the same feeling that probably motivates i think the majority of russians to believe that russia is doing the right thing by intervening militarily in this way. most russians do see this brotherly connection with the russians who live across the border in ukraine, particularly in crimea. there are many people here who really see that region as a natural extension of the russian motherland. they see it as part of the russian federation. in heart, if not in actual fact. so for that reason, it is politically, i think, a much more popular -- the decision for president putin to intervene in this way is certainly more popular. there are some that don't like it b

no beef with my girlfriend and that will obviously help the defense. going back to the bathroom question, and i a degree, there are a lot of unanswered questions in this case. i find it odd that if a girl is sleeping with a boyfriend in a bed and they're having a fight and she wants to get away, do you lock yourself in a bathroom where you're a sitting duck or do you run out of the bedroom and out of the house if you're having that kind of a heated argument? i think there are a million questions that need to be answered three to six weeks. jenna: a final thought? >> well, to that point, i think if you're that in fear, you run to the closest place that you can have safety and who knows if she even knew he had a gun or thought he would actually use it against her? i don't know. there are a lot of unanswered questions. i'm very interested to see what transpires in this trial. jenna: one of the things that oscar pistorius says, he remembers there was a ladder outside and that the bathroom window was open and he was putting that all together as he rushed th

defense attorneys presented the near identical bottles of kennedy's prescription thyroid medicine and the generic form of ambien. as kennedy recounted the july 2012 morning when she says she accidentally took the prescription sleep aid instead of a thyroid pill before eating a breakfast of carrots and cappichino and headed to the gym. on the stand she said she didn't realize anything was wrong saying, "if i realized i was impaired i would have pulled over" but kennedy sideswiped a tractor trailer. her defense said she was sleep driving. >> i have no memory until i was stopped at a traffic light. >> reporter: the 54-year-old faces a single misdemeanor count of driving while impaired. the normally private kennedy spent several minutes on the stand talking about her very public family, affectionately referring to her father, the late robert f. kennedy as "daddy" and talking about his assassination saying "my father died when i was 8. he was killed when he was running for president." >> some jurors would probably be enamored with it and would have great compassion for her because of her b
